Job Summary :
We are seeking Recruiters who will be responsible for the entire recruiting process from candidate sourcing through identification, interviewing, selection and negotiation. A solid understanding of a position’s key responsibilities and requirements is needed during the recruiting process. Recruiter must then be able to balance the position’s needs with Redsalsa Technologies best business practices when making hiring recommendations.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
Support the overall resource management process by meeting established recruiting targets for full time hires
Execute the recruiting process from candidate sourcing through identification, interviewing, selection and negotiation
Develop a solid understanding of the knowledge, skills and experience needed for open positions within assigned departments
Source qualified candidates via professional associations, direct sourcing, job postings, networking, web searches, and other recruiting resources
Serve as communication liaison for everyone involved within the recruitment and hiring processes, including Redsalsa Technologies employees and candidates
Find new, innovative ways to make Recruitments / hiring more efficient.
Qualifications include:
Required Recruiting experience in Strong planning, networking, analysis skills with strategic thinking, organizational agility, strong written and oral communication skills.
Must have wide-ranging experience with use of advanced sourcing strategies.
Executive search experience strongly preferred. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
